GuudysWelcome to the tutorial of Concept, a game where your goal is to guess words through the association of icons. Every player will take turn being the clue giver until there will be 12 words guessed correctly, at which time the game will end and the player with the most points will be the winner.1archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment000
GuudysYou start by being the clue giver so you get to pick the word or expression you want them to guess. The [blue]*blue*[/blue] words are easy words. The [red]*red*[/red] words are hard difficulty. And the *black* words are challenging difficulty.2archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment000
GuudysFor this example, we picked [red]*Quidditch*[/red] because we think we can give good clues. Click on the word [red]*Quidditch*[/red] to select it.3archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment010
GuudysYour word appears in the top left corner so you remember what it is. It is also colour coded. Your opponents can see the difficulty of the word picked but don't know the word itself. Below is where your opponents will enter their guesses.1symbol-2625cf4e4adc4b00
GuudysNow, onto the guessing part. You'll have to drag clue markers to hint the other players by dropping these markers in front of icons that represent specific concepts. It is highly recommended to take time and hover every single box first to know what they represent.2symbol-16625cf4e4adda400
GuudysTo give the main concept idea, you should start with the [green]green[/green] pawn. The [green]green[/green] pawn is "what" the others have to guess. Then, by adding cubes, you add ideas to the first concept. In this case, the main concept is a "Recreation, Sport or Activity".3symbol-16625cf4e4adda400
GuudysBy adding cubes next to "Theater, Film, Cinema", "Sphere" and "Airborne vehicle, Airline, Fly", I am referring to the movie Harry Potter in which we've seen scenes of Quidditch. Adding "Literature, Writing, Book" would also have been a good clue. All these 4 ideas are all linked to the main theme and idea of [red]*Quidditch*[/red].1symbol-28625cf4f3ef23000
GuudysNow, to give more clues, you can add other ideas that are more or less related to the main concept. To not confuse everyone with green cubes everywhere on the board, you can colour code the different ideas with "!" of other colours. In this case, I decided to give a clue about the balls that are played in Quidditch. There are 4 balls and it is a sports played in the air.1symbol-7625cf4ff5452b00
GuudysSee that you can emphasise an idea by putting multiple cubes next to an icon. In this case, I put 4 cubes next to the "1" to let them know there are 4 balls.1symbol-77625cf535984b800
GuudysOne player has made a guess on the left side of the board. You can guide your opponents if there are close by clicking on the yellow "Almost" sign. In this case, the player guessed correctly so I selected the tick.2symbol-18625cf535984b800

GuudysSo the other player found the Jungle Book, but you found the word "hose". Well done!
