After an opponent played a 2nd meeple into the Basement, it changed to my turn. On my turn it automatically placed one of my meeples (I did not get a choice) on top of my opponent's meeple (so they were sharing the same space). Then it proceeded to resolve the room, giving me the option to re-roll the dice.
