I think it feels more natural to click on the card you want to keep than the one you want to discard.
If you don't agree, it would be nice at least to have a confirm/cancel button because all 3 of us chose the wrong card a couple of times.

Histórico do relatório
Regarding the steps I agree that it's maybe more natural selecting the card you'll keep but I wanted to be respectful with the game designer and the rules, they clearly indicate that first you discard a card and then you decide what to do with the other one.
