I wanted to play jungle frenzy in order to get another turn when I wounded a monster in tokyo but they stayed in tokyo. Instead the game prompted me that I had to be inside tokyo to play that card. I had Chest Thumping so was able to eject the other player from Tokyo and enter, but the game still wouldn't let me play Jungle Frenzy.

Problem was not solved with F5.
I have a capture (imgur.com/a/voUIlN4). I am playing the spanish variant so card is in spanish. Literaly, the error message says "you cannot play the card unless you have entered Tokyo".
I was unable to play the evolution when the monster in Tokyo was hit but did not leave Tokyo. The interface told me I could only play this card after entering Tokyo.
A few rounds later I again damaged the monster in Tokyo and took control of Tokyo. At this time the interface told me I could not play the card while being in Tokyo.
So basically this evolution cannot be played at all and is useless in the game
I do have the option to play it before they decide whether to leave or not but then if they’d have left anyway it’s just a waste
Have had this problem in many games lately, I have played against others that could use jungle frenzy but for me I never get the chance even after I wounded monsters in tokyo that didn't left
If the evolution card had worked, I could have an enormous advantage during the game. Now I can lose
