At the end of the game a player completed a growth increase that allowed them to expand into two regions. They took over one company but we’re not able to take over another company for some reason. Maybe it was a misclick but it seemed like they should have been able to take over more than one unprotected company.
In this case it was the blue taking over the red. -

Histórico do relatório
Looking at the replay, blue (Hydra) had 2 growth opportunities. You used 1 to protect, and 1 to overwrite a red tile.

Is there a “confirm” step after the user has captured map spaces to make sure they tapped the correct ones? Maybe that is already there.
