I see that I had already placed a copy of that building in the region making my move illegal. My apologies.
Did you check this:
- The tile you want to place needs to be adjacent to another tile.
- Normally you are not allowed to place a beige tile of the same kind twice in a region (unles you played a specific yellow tile first).
If you still think you experienced a bug and want someone to analyze this, please give your table number and move number.
