I did a long sequence of actions where the last action increased the range of my locomotives after replacing a 2 by an 9 and removing a construction tile where the Locomotive 2 automatically went, which finally unlocked a second Advantage Token in that turn (spot 14 on top track), but it doesn't let me pick the second one. And if I confirm the action without picking that Advantage Token since I wasn't given the opportunity, then the operation is denied with the error:

Action - Place Factory tile on Industry slot 9 over printed factory #4 (build loco) & then placed a wagon
Then added awarded loco tile (replacing loco 2 on Being line) ... put loco 2 on Seoul-Vlad line (which made advancement token reachable but never prompted me for selecting one) replacing a const tile
Took construction tile bonus of ind advancement - which gave another industry advancement on industry slot 9 moving me onto ind slot # 10
when tried to end turn ... "You unlocked Advantage Token but did not place it" error message in game # 269952578 (as mentioned above)
1) Action - Place Locomotive
2) I placed a level 4 train on the Seoul-Vlad line, which displaced a level 2 train
3) The level 4 train unlocked the action to remove the construction on that line
4) I placed the level 2 train into the newly opened spot
5) This made the advancement token spot reachable, but I was never prompted for selecting one
6) When I then confirm my move, it flashes an error: "Operation is not allowed by the rules. You unlocked Advantage Token but did not place it"
7) The game then undoes my entire turn

Took a different move to avoid the bug but cost me some points... Seemes like the bug is related to placing a train which cleared construction allowing the train to be placed back granting an advantage token but won't let you place it. Splitting it across two turns works but doing it in one shot does not.
