I just played the game with two friends, one of whom was on a Macbook Air, OS 10.14.6
On her display, about half the houses were intermittent, sometimes they'd show up on the map, sometimes not. There was also an issue with the ports, sometimes the top half of a ship's sail would be cut off.
The other two of us who were on Windows 10 machines, did not see any problem with the display.
I asked her to refresh her browser, but it made no difference. -

The ships at the NW and E sides have their sails cut off.
On the map, there should be:
* A red house visible at the 8/5/3 intersection,
* A yellow house visible at the 4/9/10 intersection
* A blue house at 3/5/8
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
