Athena's opponent can't goes one level up (its only move possible) and game doesn't detect victory for Athena. Game didnt detect impossible move.
My opponent (Prometheus) was forced to give up in order to end the game. He couldn't play but the interface didn't detect that.
Previous move : Athena goes up one level (so Prometheus cannot go up one level - see steps, right column) BUT, to make a move, Prometheus can ONLY go up one level (the all free spaces got one level more). The interface does not trigger victory ... • Qual navegador você está usando?

So giving up was the good option there, that won't be fixed.
Prometheus can build but not move afterwards.
If he is not obliged to build before his movement, he is obliged to move during his turn. Which is impossible for him in this game - whether he builds before or not.
I persist: bug.
