On mobile phone, the licences are shown off screen, the site doesn't zoom out further.
On the first turn, I forgot there were more than 2 licences up for auction, because I couldn't see the other 2. The licences up for auction also don't show up on the log. As a workaround, I've resorted to using "show as desktop" to check out the licences, but that makes the rest of the site look strange.

Has happened consistently, every time.
Both my phones are android, but don't think that will be relevant. Let me know if you need brand and models in case it's not happening on other phones and it's relevant.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
