I am a premium member but it doesn't seem to be allowing my daughter and me to play on different computers. When it tries to launch the game, I get an error that it can't connect. Is this due to a malfunctioning IP address detection?

From the Faqs, it seems clear that the premium member does not have to be at the same ip address as the additional player but my experience is that the 2 non-premium players who lived in the same house as a premium player could play as well but only one of the two players at the house without a premium member could play.
