Created a 4 space region with a 4 objective (move 144) and interface ended my turn without offering the chance to complete the objective. This is different from bug 168424 because in that case the interface acknowledges that objectives have been completed but prevent activating them. In this case I wasn't offered the opportunity to activate the objective or pass.
