As Russia, I was trying to supply a unit in hex 3330. I traced supply to Budapest for LSS, received "The Server reported an error." I traced supply to hex 2939 (no other Russian city was allowed by the interface) and received the same error. I chose "Don't Supply" and received same error.

Histórico do relatório
Eastern Poland does appear in my Ceded Area box, so the full supply line should be OK, but that would not explain the failure of LSS or Do Not Supply.
