When I placed my first tile, after the other player played their first tile• O que aconteceu quando tentou fazer essa ação de jogo (mensagem de erro, mensagem na barra de estado do jogo)?
I could select a space to place a building, but I could not place the building. The interface gave me no choice of building to place. I canceled my choice of where to build and chose another space, and the interface still did not give me an option of a building to put there. The game could not progress and was forfeit.• Qual navegador você está usando?

I have played Taluva on this PC before (it's been a while) and there was no problem at the time.
