Following the placement of a first mutant, I was supposed to damage a location. I refreshed the page after reviewing a location and then it put me into placing the second mutant without first damaging the first.

I know it's too late for your game, but I've found the issue with the stuck mutant placement. It has now been fixed. Let me know if you see any other problems with the game.
