It is particularly bad when you have to make a select materia tokens for discard and all the tokens are flashing at once. It's already difficult to see the runes on top of the token artwork, but then you have to carefully examine them to figure out which ones are part of triples...
An alternative (static) outline highlight would be best, but I would settle for just being able to turn the flashing off.
