On Turn 492, I placed an enclosure that covered up the bottom hollywood hills "H" symbol that is next to the border. It did not trigger the Archeologists's ability to give me a bonus somewhere else. I have played Archeologist on this map before, and it does work in the inverse where I can take the "H" bonus if I cover something else up. My guess is that bottom H is not properly coded as a border space?
