In Rats of Wistar, you play the role of one of the four rats who organized the escape from a lab.
As such, you will have to lead your family to prove that you are the most deserving of leading the entire colony.
Thanks to your extraordinary skills, you will be able to explore the Farm until you reach the pantry to be able to grab the appetizing cheese; exploiting the artifacts abandoned by humans at the edge of the Wood, you will create new inventions and expand your lair under the trees, digging new rooms and building new beds.
You will meet native rats and mice that you will welcome into your family, and when necessary, you will visit the Alchemist mouse to gain an extra advantage.
The game takes place over 5 rounds (equal to the 5 days in which the challenge takes place) and you will earn victory points (VPs) as follows:
- build beds,
- excavate rooms,
- solve missions within the Farm,
- welcome host mice,
- build new Inventions,
- claim Achievements.
At the end of the game, the player with the most VPs wins. In case of a tie, the player furthest in turn order wins.

RATS OF WISTAR: Porque no final, eles dominarão o mundo!
Em Rats of Wistar, você assume o papel de um dos quatro ratos que organizaram a fuga de um laboratório.
Assim, você terá que liderar sua família para provar que é o mais merecedor de liderar toda a colônia.
Graças às suas habilidades extraordinárias, você poderá explorar a Fazenda até chegar à despensa para poder pegar o apetitoso queijo; explorando os artefatos abandonados pelos humanos na orla da Floresta, você criará novas invenções e expandirá seu covil sob as árvores, cavando novos cômodos e construindo novas camas.
Você conhecerá ratos e camundongos nativos que você acolherá em sua família e, quando necessário, visitará o rato Alquimista para ganhar uma vantagem extra.
O jogo acontece em 5 rodadas (equivalente aos 5 dias em que o desafio acontece) e você ganhará pontos de vitória (PVs) da seguinte forma:
- construindo camas,
- escavando salas,
- resolvendo missões dentro da Fazenda,
- acolhendo ratos visitantes,
- construindo novas Invenções,
- reivindicando Conquistas.
No final do jogo, o jogador com mais PVs vence. Em caso de empate, o jogador mais à frente na ordem de turno vence.
