Sobre Birmingham Central Boardgaming
We form part of a large regional boardgaming collective. For existing and new members of Birmingham Central Boardgaming, and also for members of GO:Heart Of England, Birmingham & WM Board & Card Game Enthusiasts, Game On, Afternoon Play, Lichfield Gamers, Walmley Games Café, Geek Retreat, Tamworth Gamers, Asgard Games, Fire & Dice, etc... (we may have missed some out). This is where you can meet to have fun! Some of us play any time any day, but our group club nights on here are Wednesdays from 6pm, and also Mondays from 6pm while Birmingham Central Boardgaming cannot congregate around tables at our local physical venues due to Social Distancing.
We tend to use FBM for voice (chat, rules explanations, etc), and we've played a big variety of games including all those listed below. We also aim to debut a couple of new games each week, a standard game and a light game each suitable for a group of 4+ players. We also play the usuals that our regular members already know of course. Some of our members also participate in Boardgame Design and SIE (strategy identification and evaluation).
From June 2021 we are resuming physical gaming, so online gaming is somewhat more random, but you can see who is online for a game from our membership list below.
