It's part of the game to count triangles included in the tricks as well as number of trumps played in tricks during the game. This is hidden information, as it is only allowed to investigate the last trick, but not the tricks that have been played prior to that.
Chief's team target is always shown in the yellow infotable, Vice team's target is trivially to avoid that Chief's team reaches their team goal.
The scores of hands played previously can always be investigated in "Full scoreboard" at bottom of the screen.
