Don't you have a button in the action bar proposing you to QUIT the game without any penalties ?

2 out 2021 17:22 • My problems began when I made a replay from one point. One card disapeared. Then I had a problem to proceed the game after chosing the coins... I refreshed few times but didn;t help..finally I went out totally from the game and came back and everything came to work correctly.

16 ago 2022 9:15 • In my case I was ready to buy a card and the system continue to tell me I didn't have the coins enough to buy it, I tried many times and changed strategy but when I wanted to buy any card, it didn't let me so I was out of time and my opponents kicked me out of the game.

7 set 2022 19:53 • j'ai reçu une pénalité, mais le vrai problème était un bug du système.
pour chaque action que je faisait il avait toujours le message "c'est votre tour" comme si j'ai rien fait.
du coup j'ai essayai des choses différentes, exemple:
prendre é jetons, prendre 3 jetons, réserver une carte
- tout ça en vain! le système à buggé et je ne peux rien faire car a chaque action, je reçoit toujours le message "c'est votre tour"
du coup le joueur adversaire me fait expulser une fois le temps passé "très normal, car moi je ferai pareil"
c'est dommage quand on rencontre ce type de soucis
serait géniale que le joueur puisse avertir à un technique qui est disponible online et qui constate le bug

the result was after the move was replayed, i could no longer make any move.
reloading does not resolve the issue. it only repeats the replayed move and i still couldn't make any progress to the game.

10 fev 2024 17:58 • Ich könnte meine Chipwahl noch mit 3 Chips aufstocken (bis zu 10 darf man ja haben), habe hinterher jedoch keine Möglichkeit zu bestätigen: das Spiel will immer, dass ich meinen Zug von vorn beginne! Besonders ärgerlich ist dieser Fehler, wenn ich ein Echtzeitspiel spiele!!!

4 mar 2024 3:43 • table #481983448 Two days ago I was unable to make any moves nor leave a game of Splendor after only one or two turns. The person I was playing with was unable to either. I ended up getting a penalty because the game timed out after 4 hours. Our internet connection was fine, the BGA website was fine (I could navigate the site as a whole just fine) but any time I tried to click on Splendor to get back into the game it would get stuck on a white screen loading.

18 out 2024 12:32 • I wasn't able to buy a card (not the right cards), pick up coins (too many cards), or rent a card (max of those). I had to be kicked from the game and get a penalty instead of having a pass or skip turn button.

I pressed the deportation button because the opponent didn't play the game. But the result was decided that I didn't play the game. I was so angry because this is the first time I've ever done this. It seems like the opponent wrote a bug or there's a system problem. I don't know why I should get a penalty. 😡
