I would suggest breaking down the score more clearly (e.g. 10 point bonus for no hearts, succeeded bid x 10 for Spades, ...) so the calculation is immediately obvious. -

Histórico do relatório
No tricks in Hearts: "<player> took no tricks and scores 50 points (+10 bonus)"
In Spades: "<player> took X tricks and Y bags and scores Z points (X x 10 + Y)"
Changing the score popup is much more difficult, so to get the details, players will need to look at the log.
