A goal to 'Receive both Cash bonuses' has been achieved, however I cannot claim it. If I finish the phase it just skips it and starts a new turn.
On the screenshot it's the 4th goal from left to right.
I've also clicked on the end phase as it did not allow me to claim the goal and you can see from the screenshot no2 it skipped to the next turn and goal is still there, unable to claim it. -
