Towards the end of the game, one of my Frost Giants appeared to be defeated. The white box connecting it to the card that needed to be completed disappeared, and so it appeared I did not need to finish the card. I was losing anyway, but the white box connecting the frost giant needs to stay because otherwise it looks like that has been fulfilled.
