When playing the Maid Marian card, bottom event - after removing a carriage I was given the option to select Parish which doesn't have any Merry men. If I try to choose one of these parishes without merry man, it ends up in an error. I think it shouldn't give the option to select those parishes.

Histórico do relatório
I have updated the options btw. It should work on parishes without merry men, because you can still set it to revolting. Similarly it should work on submissive parishes because you can use it to move the merry men there (and it is possible to set a submissive parish to submissive..). But submissive parished without merry men will not be offered as option anymore.
