I chose the tiles and chose a column for it. It wouldn’t let me confirm my choice. I refreshed the screen 3x. I was also actively chatting with the other 2 players while this was happening. It want my internet

Can you add more details ? Move number (at least once if it happened multiple times), screenshot, text of the error message if any, did refresh fixed the issue, ...

Move 41: I took red tile and placed on line 4
Froze at that point
Not able to undo or confirm line. It was grayed out.

Move 45: I was out of time, Andrea JG skipped my turn.
Move 46: it says I quit the game when I didn’t. I was still chatting with other players

At the end of the round, the game asks you to select a column. You can't confirm until you placed all tiles somewhere on the gray area.

The tiles were placed in an available column. When I did that it froze. I don’t know how else to explain this. I’ve played this game multiple times and know the rules.

Can you open the replay, do what you tried on column selection, and then send me the screenshot? So I can see what you tried. (sorry, lots of false bug reports about the gray wall)

I’ve already told you in detail what happened. This isn’t a false report the game froze and I got penalized for it. If the penalty isn’t going to be removed then forget it. This has to be the most frustrating experience reporting a bug with your system that I’ve had. This is also the first combo have made.

At some point I was no longer able to play any move.
Error « an over action is already on going » show up.
At the end had no time left and was kicked out.

F5 did not solve the problem, I tried every option I am aware of. I did not recognize my internet interface.

Game timer kept running when the server was reporting the move and then froze while updating. All the while the timer was running. After the third around every turn I took ended up freezing. I was then expelled from the game. Please address the server and timer issues.

As you can OBVIOUSLY see, your server is overwhelmed with gamers and you, the gamer, are penalized for this. We have sent multiple requests with evidence showing the issue and methods tried to correct the issue. PLEASE STOP PENALIZING PLAYERS FOR THIS SERVER ISSUE.

Le problème est apparu en fin de manche, au moment de confirmer le placement de ma dernière tuile. Le bouton "confirmer le choix de la colonne" ne répondait plus.

La commande F5 n'a pas fonctionné, j'ai prévenu dans le chat mon adversaire qui a mis fin à la partie.

J'utilise Firefox

Il problema si è presentato all’80% della partita intorno alla mezzanotte tra il 3 e il 4 agosto. Non potevo fare nessuna mossa era tutto bloccato. Provo a caricare lo screen. Ho ricevuto stamattina -10 (non è la prima volta che mi capita e sono molto delusa).

I have been playing Azul and I keep getting frozen. I then have to restart my computer and I have lost the game and get penalized. This does not happen with Can't Stop and Lucky Numbers. Can you restore my penalties?

Es wurde angezeigt, dass eine Aktion ausgeführt wird und Steine gewählt wurden, aber diese konnten nicht platziert werden. Spiel war blockiert und Zeit wurde abgezogen. Verbindung mit dem INternet bestand.

F5 did nothing.
Froze loading first screen (no progress marked). I never got to see any gameplay (yet the log says I made a move after I timed out). I'm a premium member, I don't think you have the pricing model right if servers can't cope. Nothing wrong with my internet connection. Everything else online working fine.

The game was frozen on another player. I voted to skip their turn after waiting 3 minutes. Then I refreshed the page, and it said that it was me whose turn was skipped and I lost Karma!

My opponent was supposed to make a move. I kept waiting. At some point the game just showed me I have abandoned the game and got penalised. I did not abandon, I was just waiting for my opponent to move.
I want my points and elo back!

Almost at the end of the game, the opponent was supposed to play and I couldn't make any move.
There was a maintenance operation at the same time.

Lors du tour du joueur me précédant, nous attendions qu'il joue et son temps limite a été dépassé. Il nous a été proposé de l'exclure. Je lui ai envoyé un message pour l'interpeller. Et lorsque que j'ai fermé la fenêtre de chat, on me dit que mon temps de jeu a été dépassé et que j'ai été exclue. Sauf qu'à aucun moment on ne m'a laissé la possibilité de jouer. Le jeu était resté bloqué sur le joueur qui me précédait avec son chrono qui continait à tourner. Le jeu n'est pas passé à mon tour de jeu. Ce n'est qu'en fermant la fenêtre de chat sur laquelle je suis restée 10 secondes que j'ai appris que j'etais exclue. Ensuite le jeu m'a bloqué pendant tout le reste de la partie, m'empêchant de jouer et affichant des messages d'erreurs.

And yet the game is marked as a loss for me, and I even received a penalty for abandoning it."

What really happened is that Dogtian0202 skipped his turn, but i was penalized instead him

Impossible de choisir les tuiles, comme si je n'étais plus connectée, alors que je l'étais : connexion à Internet OK, et le sablier continuait à décompter mon temps restant.
J'ai adressé un message à mon adversaire, lui demandant d'attendre, mais au bout d'un moment, j'ai été éjectée de la partie.

I am confused about how to report this issue. I know I could not play--I do not abandon games. (I did one time a few months ago because I was being harassed about the time it took me and learned my lesson then.) In this game, I remember I could NOT play and I kept writing him notes saying it was frozen. Those notes did not send either. I remember finishing the game on my own and he was no longer available. That was a problem with Boardgame Arena and it affected both me and my opponent, which is a shame. I had thought I won the game because my opponent was no longer "online" but in fact, I was given a huge penalty. This isn't cool. Thank you for looking into it when you can.

Realizei minha ação e ao invés de seguir com a vez de meu oponente o jogo travou na minha vez, me deixando sem tempo, mesmo já tendo realizado os movimentos.

I couldn't finish 1st round, nothing helped (refreshing, changing the internet) + I got punishment for not ending the game which is unfair, that's game bug not my fault.
